Biostats Activities
Ongoing
work!
Biostat issues are becoming an important part of my research, and let me point out the problems I'm working on:
1) Creation of an INRIA project called BIGS (Biology, Genetics and
Statistics).
Here is a draft
of our project. This team has been created in june 2011.
2) I have an ongoing project concerning cancer detection by spectrum
analysis.
Our first paper on the topic will appear soon. Here is a link on it.
3) Another ongoing project: wavelet denoising with applications to
epileptic brain signals.
Here is the current version of the paper.
4) We are starting an interesting study of light transport in tissues for photodynamic cancer therapy.
We have just posted the following PhD project, for those who might be interested.
5) I'm working with my Catalan coauthors on a mathematical model for bacteriophage therapies.
This is the article we have written on the topic.
There is also a lively Biostats
seminar at IECN on friday. You can sometimes
find me there.
